I remember going to this cemetery
so quiet and my little heart full of wary
Tears of salt sting my face
wounded emotions begin to race
while standing beside your grave,
trying to be brave..
to touch your name engraved in stone
feeling fatherless and alone..
I miss you so, it has been seventeen years
the feeling is too strong
But I know God makes no mistakes
these are my mortal heartaches.
I shall smile and reflect in hope
that one day in heaven we’ll be together.

Ever so Caring ..

A way to cheer I try to find,
A way to look at you in times of leaving behind.
A reason for holding on to your love within my memory…
away from all the loneliness to see,
I could only wish for something too good to be true,
to have the Sun rise for you…
far away from the cold we know
and bring peace during sorrow,
to look at you with hope I see,
past the horizon that sets us free..,
In my arms you would breathe , feel the warmth through me,
stronger than the waves of oceans our love can be …
For you are ever so loving,
I write this for what I am all out for you.. ever so Caring ….

Rays of Light spotlight my mind..
When thoughts flood out of darker hindsight..
Living hell and wanting heaven..
Holding in tight for another lesson..
Love, pain and misery alike..
another day sets in and you still awake.
Peace and Joy shut each door..
your life’s on the hinge – who’s there to adore?
It all happens before dawn..
with dreams big or small set to dampen..
A friend finds you..
with selfless love you never knew,
A Friend loves you..
Eyes ease open
Upon the Road never in vain.
Moving ahead with courage you gain..
to set out together on a journey ahead..
the Sun shining on you – brimming life from death..
too good to be true..
In doubt I once looked beyond the horizon..
now looking to relive the desire..
You learn your past doesn’t define your future..
Its Hopes you nurture..
Its keeping friends like that matter..
For in times when the road bends you will remember..
Upon the Road.. faith, love and hope I HAVE FOUND..
a Purpose onset from the moment I was born
A testimony of joy through eternity I long to tell..

You are here, the one i seek..
like a seed sowed clear…
my heart is growing no more weak.
Lead me into you..
through this path..
to your high. Lead me to your high of love ,
higher than anything above ,
as my soul shines, and floats above all that there is..
its eternal that will ever play in my imagination of this…
You are dear to me as we walk this path of life i feel unfold.
