Help with student resources (softwares), student portal, e-student, blackboard - Phone and email support: Password resets, student portal, staff portal, e-student, remote access to li blackboard troubleshooting , basic Active Directory account management operations for all
general library staff members , escalation if required - IT Rover: Maintenance of Public library and staff computers, installation of software and hardware equipment, printers, replacements, identification and escalation of problems, contributing to and implementing solutions and overseeing smooth operations of all network (student and library staff) services.
